A man was arrested in Ashburn Wednesday night for allegedly driving while impaired and possessing marijuana, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the 20000 block of Valhalla Square around 10:17 p.m. after a caller reported a suspicious male standing in their driveway.
The man reportedly left the scene in a vehicle before authorities arrived, but they later located him a short distance away and found him to be under the influence of alcohol.
Louis D. Wilson, 24, of Middleburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, drinking while operating a motor vehicle and obstruction of justice.
As of Thursday afternoon, Wilson was being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and awaiting bond review, per LCSO officials.
